It seems that social networking is not only done in the confines of a computer nowadays; in fact, a survey conducted by a mobile research firm showed that there are actually 12.3 million mobile phone users in US and Western Europe alone who are using their mobile phones to access their social networking sites to post and keep up with friends while on-the-go. This is not quite impossible with the advent of technology. We saw how mobile phones were able to keep up with the demands of times. Back then, mobile phones were used for calling; then there came texting; and now internet connection and so much more; who knows what a mobile phone can do next? Singles can now use their mobile phones for applications such as Yahoo Messenger. This will enable the user to receive and send out messages even if they are not in front of their computers. This can also be done with other social media sites such as your favorite ones: Twitter and Facebook. Posted messages from your mobile phone will go directly to your walls and accounts. If you are interested in staying in touch while on-the-go, check out social media services/clients available for your mobile phone; there are about hundreds of them out there, you are sure to have a blast trying them out!
Are you mobile in your networks? Is this a good thing? Are most people that you know using mobile options for connecting? What are some good services to use?
